At Melanie Lyne, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post or courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our distribution center inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
